Caprice du Château Milon
Made from the young vines of Château Milon , the Cuvée
Caprice is a generic Saint-Émilion appellation wine, a pleasure wine to be enjoyed in its youth.
This 100% Merlot , with short maceration and aged for 8 months in concrete tanks , offers a crisp, accessible and delicious wine, very representative of a thirst-quenching Merlot-based wine .

Château Milon
Château Milon , the estate's historic wine, is a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru that embodies our terroirs at the foot of the slopes .
Formed from our three clay-gravel islets, it is distinguished by its roundness ,
its vibrant fruit and the creaminess of Merlot .
Aged in concrete vats and large oak casks , it is enjoyable from a young age but can be kept for a few years to reveal the full aromatic potential of its terroir.
Clos de la Cure
Clos de la Cure is our top-of-the-range wine , also classified as Saint-Émilion Grand Cru .
Originating from two clay-limestone plots on the property, it expresses itself with depth,
freshness and density .
Composed of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc , and aged in oak barrels
Selected , it embodies the elegance of great limestone wines : both dense and fresh , with significant aging potential , while remaining harmonious and enjoyable even in its youth thanks to a
carefully raised.

Our Plots
Milon – The Cabins
Located in the south of the appellation, on a magnificent gravelly vein in Saint-Sulpice-de-Faleyrens , this plot offers its old Merlots a remarkable smoothness , roundness and finesse , accompanied by a smoky note very characteristic of this place.
Currently 100% Merlot , the plot could evolve: we are considering replanting Cabernet Sauvignon , a grape variety that expresses itself magnificently on these gravelly soils.
Aged in light oak barrels , the wine reveals the full character of the terroir: already ready to drink , it will also age for a few years to better surprise you.
The Cure – Bouchet
The Bouchet range stands out as an exception.
Our desire to create a 100% Cabernet Franc from our best plots on the plateau resulted in the birth of this wine.
“ Bouchet ” is the name that the old-timers gave to Cabernet Franc in the region — a tribute to an old local strain still present in some old vines.
A bit of history in service of the future: that's what drives us.
This pure Cabernet Franc expresses itself with freshness and minerality , while retaining the density characteristic of clay-limestone terroirs.
The Cure – The Village
“ Le Bourg ” is our historic plot of Clos de la Cure .
In the heart of the village, this vineyard was once the "priest's enclosure", hence its name.
The locality known as Le Bourg , where we cultivate 2
hectares , is distinguished by an atypical grape variety mix for the right bank, but one that makes sense to us: 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Franc ,
planted at high density .
