Our teamwork
At the Vineyard
Viticulture is, for us, the key to producing great wines that are true to their soils.
Since 2000, the vineyard has been managed using sustainable farming practices . Mechanical weeding, limited and thoughtful treatments: our vines are the living heart of our family business.
Each terroir requires a different approach, and it is this diversity that motivates us to work the land by adapting to it , in order to produce the best possible grapes.
The vineyard boasts vines ranging from 4 to over 100 years old, reflecting our respect for this living organism, the true master of the land. We patiently replant the tired plots and preserve the old vines as much as possible, which, over time, offer us wines of great finesse.
All our plantings are carefully considered from an agronomic point of view , in partnership with our advisors, in order to adapt the most relevant grape varieties, rootstocks, selections and densities to each terroir.
Nothing is left to chance: soil management, fertilization, pruning, green work… every action is adapted to the plot to optimize the plant, perpetuate the crop, promote soil life and harvest high quality grapes.
At the winery
Our approach in the winery is simple and logical.
We always seek phenolic maturity , tasting our grapes daily, then we adapt our winemaking routes according to the desired wine profiles.
One thing remains clear: our goal is not to make wines to wait ten years for . We are primarily looking for balance — wines that respect their terroirs, possess freshness, are enjoyable today, but are also capable of aging harmoniously.
The extraction is gentle, the temperatures controlled and moderate, the aging process respectful: we thus accompany our wines, from grape to bottle, respecting the fruit and the expression of the terroir.
